How to brew:
- Use 1-2 teapoons of loose tea blend per cup (8 fl. oz.) of water.
- Place tea bag or place tea blend in a reusable tea bag or loose tea vessel in mug and cover with boiling water.
- Steep the tea for 10-15 minutes, strain relax and enjoy!

Magnesium Oil Warning:

Itching: You may experience some itchiness this is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue. Should itchiness occur, wash off oil after 20 minutes and apply moisturizer to skin. After a while, you may see a slight white residue forming on the areas where you applied the spray. It is from the salt that has stayed behind on the skin and can be wiped or washed off.
Peeling: You may experience some peeling if used on your soles of your feet. This is normal and due to detoxifcation and natural exfoliation. If peelimg becomes intense, reduce application frequency or apply moisturizer after the magnesium oil has dried to keep your skin soft and prevent excessive dryness.
How to use Magnesium Oil:
Shake well before each use. Rub the oil gently on the bottom of your feet, abdomen, legs and back of your neck. It can also be used as a natural deodorant. Let oil air dry for best results. For sensitive skin dilute with water.
